INGREDIENTS
croissant, stewed beef, lettuce, tomato as needed
METHODS
1. Cut the inside layer of the croissant, then place it into the oven, bake until crispy,remove and set aside.
2. slice stewed beef; wash and shred lettuce; slice tomato thinly.
3. Pull the croissant open, and stuff in the stewed beef, shredded lettuce, and the tomato slice, press them tightly and ready to serve.
INGREDIENTS
1 egg, 3/4c.milk, 2T.sugar
METHODS
Beat egg, add milk and sugar, stir well, filter egg mixture using a sifter, pour into a deep bowl, cover with a cellophane wrap, and put it into the rice cooker, add water on the outside rim of the rice cooker, steam until the button jumps up, ready to serve.
