Bluish-green tongue:  tongue with color like varicose vein, often described as buffalo’s tongue in the Classical Chinese text.  Due to Yin pathogen, Yang Qi is suppressed and unable to dissipate, resulting stagnation of blood, hence bluish-green tongue.  Main indications are blood stasis due to cold or suppression of Yang Qi, or insufficient Yang Qi.
